Good session with great teachings and plenty of involvement so it wasn't just a case of listening and were able to do some more practical items.
The session was delivered extremely well - engaging, enjoyable and well paced.
Excellent course. Highly recommend for all leaders - despite experience. Only thing to improve - make 1 workbook instead of 4 to save paper.
