Today was quite a nice time off work, a day to unwind and discuss methods of communication as well as relatable issues with other fellow receptionists. Suzi Butcher was incredible, I hope to use the knowledge I have obtained in my workplace effectively. Thank you!
I thoroughly enjoyed the course. I was a little dubious about taking part on-line as I normally prefer face to face courses but the duration of the on-line course meant that I was able to put some of learning in place. It also meant we got a really geographically diverse range of people all of whom I really enjoyed working with. Nicky and Haley were amazing and I cannot thank them enough for the way they have delivered the course.
very informative as I had been blindly using One Drive and now understand one drive is for temporary of personal information SharePoint is like a Library or a place to archive Teams can be used for a one off project or anyone can be invited to teams
