Really good session - really enjoyed it and the breakout rooms! Found the miro board very useful to see how similar we are to Chimps

I felt engaged and interested in the content of today's session. Considering motivation and competency felt an achievable strategy from which to consider role delegation within my team and caused me to question how this might look in practice. I felt able to raise questions with Paul as well as the group to clarify my thinking on the subject.

Useful information but a lot to take in and then put into practice

I do find the days long. I appreciated the time programmed today for study work. Because I had booked the day out for the course I could do this without interruption

Enjoyable & thought provoking

Really enjoyed this course - was really beneficial being able to do the tasks myself as learn better this way and didn't feel unable to ask questions or get things clarified.

Learned many new functions.

Really happy with the course. I've used Forms before, but there are new things that I now know and will use.
