The training perhaps focused too much on the technical elements of project management and not enough on practices which can improve outcomes.
I had an amazing time. The session was very useful and the facilitator was awesome.
It is a fabulous place to learn full of positivity. I want to work in these offices, inspirational!
Good venue, course and facilitator. Didn't like the lunch (chicken)
Was very good, just didnt cover as much as I would have liked as we were slowed down by the group having to have a refresher on course 2. Would recommend advising people to refresh their knowledge on level 2 before coming to level 3
As the second day of the course it felt like the group were feeding off each other better. The advice and practice around coaching was helpful and the three-way coaching, coachee, observer worked well, with constructive feedback.
we didn't finish everything, however this was because of the level of people in the course, which slowed down the pace. Which meant I didn't learn as much
I really did need to brush up on my Excel skills this course has been a great help. I will be booking L2
Ed was a very helpful an informative teacher. Unfortunately some of the equipment was not working properly which made following the course difficult at times. The projector light was not working properly so had to work in the dark which made making notes difficult
