It was a really engaging session and it has helped me to feel more confident in being able to chair an effective and productive meeting. It was a productive session that has given me tangible skills and ideas.

I took this course a second time, first at the start of my journey and role and again to reflect and to ensure that I was chairing effectively and to review as to whether I had gone to far the opposite way to when I first started. I have found the discussions and thought provoking questions very insightful and I now have a better understanding and plan moving forward. The Facilitator was really insightful and made the session really interesting and beneficial. Thank You.

Really enjoyed the space to share ideas and be vulnerable

The course was very engaging. The trainer made sure that everyone participated and got a chance to speak and practice their skills.

Good - felt like a lot of 'getting to know' each other as leaders a bit more than I'd expected. Look forward to learning more, some tools or tactics and ideas etc

I know alot about TA and paraphrasing, silence, reflection, open questions from counseling training so today was not so much suited to my training needs but was nice to see it is used in other types of training away from counselling.

Sal is an amazing trainer! She made sure everyone understood what was going on, and gave us all the opportunity to share our screens and work through certain tasks. If we did something wrong, the way Sal approached this was lovely and kind- thank you! I felt at ease during this course. I liked that with ecery exercise Sal found a way for it to relate to our jobs too. Thank you so much Sal! (And thank you so much for using the right pronouns for me, I really appreciated that.)
