Really useful recap on coaching focusing on short simple models - easier to remember in the moment. good chance to practise within the time limitations - time for me to take control and practise at work as this is where learning takes place

I still have a lot to learn, as the facilitator advised I should have done the beginners course first

I find those kind of training (when getting involve, participating, ...) much more difficult online than on person. But overall it was great, thanks a lot!

I already had experience building reports and basic data cleaning in Power BI and I am an advanced excel user particularly for creating formulas. My purpose for this training was to learn best practice in Power BI and become comfortable with doing all types of tasks in Power BI and not have a dependency on Excel. This training has achieved that, previously I could just visualising data deposits. Now I can: build more dynamic fully functional reports, create and clean data from various sources, build basic to intermediate DAX and M expressions, troubleshoot my own issues, share the results with the right people in the right way.

Validation for what I am doing - not much new, but structure and rationale. In new role it is about facilitating others to coach rather than just continuing to coach myself

Really enjoying the course so far. No one gives you a handbook on 'how to be a manager' and this course has helped develop me into a move confident and competent leader

Enjoyable course (day 2) and opportunity to learn about coaching, conflicting conversations and feedback

This is the first time I am able to say that I understood all the aspects explained in an Excel course.
