Good to get together with the T Leaders
Very useful, enjoyed myself.
I found the course very useful as a refresher lesson. For me the pace was quite slow, maybe add in more exercises that people can complete to fill up spare time waiting for others.
Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Would definitely attend future courses at Happy.
The course was helpful as I have very little knowledge of Outlook
Definitely worthwhile course, had a good working knowledge before, not used some in years so was a good refresh.
I enjoyed the course but I think it would be better suited to less happy people.
I think the key to improving is to tailor this and make it more specific to the particular organisations issues and objectives
