The training was better than I expected. It was engaging, inclusive, fun and very informative and useful. The trainer was knowledgeable. They made every effort to include and engage participants. I particularly appreciate the time keeping and avoiding excessive chatter from any one person.

Moreen was a fantastic trainer, she carried the group through and made sure everyone was not left behind , she’s friendly, caring, and is a good listener.

Paul made the course very engaging, promoted collaboration between the group very well and made the environment for participation very friendly and non-judgemental.
