Pace felt quite fast for a Level 1 course and i felt I was holding others up Air conditioning was a bit uncomfortable Really enjoyed the course overall and the amount I learnt

I think there is a big divide between managers leading ops/cht teams vs more creative-type teams that have less strictly/precisely defined objectives. Tailoring course towards the two a bit differently may help it be more relevant

Training was excellent as usual, can’t fault it and will be good to apply the positive techniques in the office. It’s given me confidence that I can have those difficult discussions with staff!
