I was late and phoned ahead. Reception team made me feel welcome and at ease. Facilities are great. Booklet take home is great for homework and remembering. Facilitator very knowledgeable and able to make the course relatable

Too varied IT skills amongst students slowed the class down at times - not sure everyone should have been on Level 2. Otherwise, was extremely good, as far as it went.
