It has enlightened me on many aspects of team management and will allow me to strengthen my abilities in the management of my team and as an HR manager
I am genuinely so impressed with the training today - it was perfectly pitched and paced
The course was amazing, exactly what I was looking for. There are so many things I have learnt that will make my processes more efficient. I'm really pleased to have a workbook so I can put this into practice, much appreciated.
Found the attached worksheet enabled me to mirror the instructors online training and really helped . Pace was something I could follow and instructor helpful to take time out to talk to me if i needed.
Ebe was so helpful and it really helped relating the material to our own situations. Thank you.
