A very nice course but i am afraid it was slightly to fast for me.

Great place to learn and nice environment, Pace was very fast so not enough time to practice some things, maybe too much material for one day.

Great course. A lot to pack in on one day and so a bit rushed towards the end, but overall really useful and I will practise and use what I've learned.

I have really enjoyed this course and it will benefit me in not only my working life but also my personal life. It has given me a lot of things to think about.

Thought Vicky was excellent - really clearly communicated techniques that I can use in the workplace. I think I would have liked a bit more practise with someone being very persistant and aggressive but mainly because in the workplace I’m struggling to work with someone who fits this description. It would have been good to try out new communication styles before trying in real life. May be just my particular circumstance though.

Very fun and informative course. I like that the participants were involved in the exercise.
