Certain areas might not be used and relevant for my needs but the majority of the course was a good refresher and was certainly useful for future use.

The course was very helpful. I understand the course is usually conducted over two days so I am very pleased with the information we recieved during a one day course. Very good tutor and very good course. Thank you!

The course was intensive but right to the points and covered most of the compolsary tasks Cant say anything on the booklet as I'll refere to it later while practicing

kind advise. Please monitor your cleaners. There is a lot of dust behind the screens.

Sal was a great tutor with a fun sense of humour. Nothing was too much for her. It was a mixed level session but I feel that everything was covered.

More confident in my usage of excel. i will using this also for my own personal use as a starting point

I enjoyed the course and found all of the content very useful and the trainer very good and knowledgeable. I would have liked to have worked through the booklet in a more methodical way so that all topics were covered, as I felt we didn't cover the entire range of topics that the course advertised which is a shame. It's also very generous to provide lunch but don't feel this is necessarily required, although refreshments were very much appreciated.

Very good course. One thing for the trainer to consider, asking delegates to focus more, turn off emails / phones etc unless an emergency ? Work book not received hence 1 *

Overall I thought the course was really well delivered and the material was useful. It absolutely flew by and was very enjoyable. For me it was mostly a reminder of things that I had heard before and whilst it did encourage me to go and practice in the real world, it would be great if there was a way to keep the learning alive.
