I love it here at Happy - love the snacks, the lunch, the ease of everything. It's a nice environment, the trainers are friendly and the excel courses are really good.

Good pace, although it's not something I come across in my day job, I felt it was explained well.

I would prefer face to face interaction than online. However the facilitators were very good to engage all of the team today

I was nervous at first as felt I was a very junior leader compared to others but it has been very informative and given me a lot of confidence and new skills to take forward. Paul is great at getting everyone involved.

I thought it was an excellent course, it had a number of very useful resources and videos which inspired my thinking into ways in which to develop and support my leadership skills
