Really good interactive session, learnt a lot and find it much easier to learn when physically practicing so really enjoyed this.

Went at a good pace and left room for questions and concerns. Sal made sure that I/everyone was at the same pace, and checked if we were all okay. If we made mistakes she didn't make us feel clueless, she rather corrected us using a positive tone.

Amazing instructor! Explained and guided us really well :)

Very good, the start was a little fast paced and was rushing to keep up but the pace was on par with the increased confidence level at the end

Face to face is the only way to do this course

This has been an extremely useful days learning and I feel more confident about completing my course

I have found this course both challenging and exciting and have learned a lot about leadership and about myself. I will apply many of the processes that I have learnt in this training.

Great session that was informative and useful

I felt slightly emotional when we done the Appreciative Gossip activity. It was great to hear good things about yourself as well as say good thing about my colleagues.
