excellent course .

Stimulates reflection.

excellent day today, but a lot to take in with regards to managing change.

To be honest, as the course goes on, there are many brilliant challenging thought processes but also, going back to basics about personal strengths and authenticity - it is finding the correct balance such that one does not lose oneself as well in the process

The model of learning being used is good. I'm an introvert by I'm surprised by how well I've interacted with the others on the course.

I missed some of today due to IT issues however i was able to pick up and join in - enjoyed the sessions -would like longer to discuss application in break out rooms as this is where i get ideas by discussing with structure

Would have liked a little more time to try out various features of teams

Really clear first session. Pace and structure felt right. i have a good understanding of what is expected and the support that is available. Michael was great. Really looking forward to starting this course.

the pace of the meeting was good, i enjoyed the breakout room discussion, gave me an opportunity to meet and learn from my peers. looking forward to reading the manifesto and completing the tasks allocated.

I really enjoyed todays introductory session. I got to meet the facilitator and the other members of my cohort. It was a fun session, especially for one that has been held on Zoom! I think it has got me feeling a lot more excited about the course!
