The course was very informative. I had literally no knowledge of Excel beforehand and I believe this has given me the tools to get started. The tutor was great and allowed time for questions and did not make the course feel jargon heavy so it was easier to take in.

Sal was brilliant, she explained things so clearly ad thoroughly. She gave extra tips as we went along and she made sure everyone was following. I can't rate her highly enough.

I think this induction day really explained the entire course clearly. The support message came over loud and clear, so while it was clear that we'll have challenges ahead, I think we all felt secure in the knowledge that the Happy team is there to help us.
