Length of course was spot on for engaging and concentration with refresher exercises to clarify areas taught.

Kevin is very patient and accommodating. He makes the class inclusive and very interactive, which really helps the learning process. He has a great sense of humour which keeps the atmosphere friendly and fun, Quite fast paced so I will have to go away as last time and practice, practice, practice.

Paul is a fantastic facilitator, I love the anecdotes and personal stories that he includes in the training. The training was full of useful tips that i will be able to put into place ASAP both personally and with my team. Loved being within such a diverse team, i learnt a lot from my colleagues.
