I very much enjoyed the course and feel it gave me an understanding of how to approach project management with my work. I've already started using these in how I go about tasks and objective setting. I would have liked to have more knowledge about a) documentation available to help us structure our current projects. b) what software is available for us. There was a discussion on these tools and that we could have these at some point in the future, but I would have liked to immediately apply them to my current work. While this was fresh in my mind. In regard to software, we discussed Microsoft Teams which has a project management tool. After the course, I tried to use this, but found it very hard to use. A practical demonstration would have helped.

The course is developing and this was stage one. As such provided a very good foundation. The facilitator was experienced but, I felt, a little on the casual (?lazy) side. Felt as if he was trotting out a few well-honed anecdotes/illustrations rather than being really with his audience and creating the opportunity to hone the course and make it really useful. Sensed that Sue had done a lot of the hard work! Also lost pace towards the end of the day, which could have been avoided with better management.

Vegetarian food option was too salty. Happy staff swiftly remedied this by providing an alternative from Pret. Thank you so much. Excellent service. Appreciated the one to one training from the Trainer. Right pace, right environment. Simply great. Thank you Happy....

Good, it would have help if the course was over 2 days. I would have been able to learn and practice more
