I enjoyed my introduction to teams

Very interactive. Interesting conversations and exploring of models. You obviously know your subject very well and instil confidence in encouraging us to use the skills we're learning.

I feel there has been a perfect balance between sharing of information, interactions and practice. I had anticipated a different type of training that focused more on the broad responsibilities expected of a line manager in the organisation I work for and although I am really happy to benefit from this course, it is not immediately obvious to me yet how I will put my learning into practice but I suspect that I will overtime.

Again Serena was wonderfully organised and knowledgeable. She paced the sessions to suit the trainees and I learned several new things that I was not aware were possible. I am now very keen to put them into practice.

Involved us and allowed us to ask questions whenever. Went through things step by step, i would say that maybe he could have talked a bit slower but it was really good

Training good and highlight a few areas which had been updated since my original training many years ago. I would have liked more chart training which I have completely forgotten but I am now aware of where the area is to link with my pivot table to research at depth by myself. Training was reserved at last minute by another person so I was not fully aware of content until shortly before the course.

Not seen the workbook yet but look forward to receiving. Very facilitating facilitator.

There wasn't enough time in the breakout rooms at the start of the day but then too much in the last session. It is hard going on Zoom for such a length of time even with breaks, but I appreciate that this is an adapted face to face training. Paul is friendly, professional and personable with the right mix of personal experience and being able to relate the training to our context. I thought the sessions on coaching conversations were very helpful.

Good introduction to InDesign. I wanted to understand the logic of the software, so that I could then use it myself.
