i knew the basics but she introduced me to other elements that will be beneficial in my role in a clear and helpful way.

Christine did an excellent job with an almost impossible task. As a team, we have found GoTo Training very frustrating and Christine was very patient, responding to our questions as best she could, given that there don't seem to be any answers to most of our challenges. As an introduction to GoTo Training, the course seemed absolutely fine, however it didn't meet my personal objectives as frankly GoTo Training lacks the functionality I need from it. Definitely not Christine or Happy Computer's fault!

I found the course very useful, and a good pace for a beginner.

Very good intro to excel

Great day and time spent. Did not know how learning over Zoom would go but I really liked it Good pace and kept my attention all day Some great learnings to take away Great presenter, loved Nicky's style

The course was as well managed as it could be using zoom, but would have been better face to face. This is because there are no distractions if you are away from your normal working environment. Ben was engaging and ensured everyone was equally involved.

I thought the use of zoom - with breakout room and polling etc was really good. Interaction is so important

The information was very good. I learned some very helpful tools that will benefit me in working with excel and enhance my productivity and speed. The course could've gone a bit quicker, but I appreciate that others in the group might needed a bit more guidance than me.

We had a few minor problems with the login into the *Teams App*. Myself I did enjoyed it, but like Darren said we need to have some experience on *Office* to have a better understand how all work.

I think for me personally ...I need to start accessing remotely to begin to get a feel and explore this way of working ...But overall I think the information and "tour" today was very interesting and was a good introduction.
