The training was very useful and interesting as it showed me different ways of putting into prospective some of the things that I needed.

The programme has deepened my understanding of my leadership identity, strengths, and areas for growth. I now approach challenges with flexibility and resilience, applying adaptive leadership principles to guide my team through transitions while maintaining high standards of care and education.

This has been a great course that has been fully inclusive to all. The facilitator has been excellent at ensuring attention and listening to each individual person. The course itself has given me great insight into my own leadership and provided me with some excellent tools that I can use practically in the workplace.
I really enjoyed the course; I have learned a lot, especially from my colleagues on the course with me. The precourse work has been very helpful and set us up for the coming day. I enjoyed how Paul actively invites everyone to take part but also makes sure everyone gets a turn
