Really enjoyed today's course. Paul is an excellent "tutor" and was so good at making people feel at ease. Another thing he did was allow people to talk and he listened and it made me feel heard on a couple of subjects that I felt had been dismissed in the real world. Lots of fun as well, the course had lots of dimensions to it and it was just very interesting and I've got lots of things I am taking away from it.

After this course I feel more able to visualise and implement my goals, with more confidence and self-belief to performance well in my role.

Need more time to absorb and digest content and explore more some of the things shared

I really enjoyed the course, I felt like the level of content was just right for two days, not too overwhelming, but at the same time I learnt a lot.

I really enjoyed the project management training. It was engaging, practical, and very well delivered throughout. Selina the Trainee was amazing — knowledgeable, approachable, and made the sessions enjoyable while keeping everyone involved.

Really helpful to review standards. I feel very clear now on what's expected. Feeling very motivated to get things done.
