A very enjoyable and informative day. I think the most telling aspect for me is that I cannot believe that we're at the end of day 1 - it went very quickly.

This was a very helpful day. Different leadership roles and styles that can be adapted to difference scenarios. Listening is a big part of it all. Pre-approval is a good concept that I would like to try. I've received coaching but actually this is a good way also to engage the team to work out their own solutions.

nice to work with the same facilitator and group - forming these relationships and sharing stories and experience whilst learning new things is very helpful. i just wish we did more of this in the nhs...

Clear session both 3 and 2 levels. I feel more confident and have learn a lot of new Excel things that I can put in practice

Great examples and the guide book is really useful to reference back to when I get home
