Great course, really interesting, thoroughly enjoyed being able to put things into practice where as I normally hate “role play “ type activities
Another enjoyable and insightful session with much to take away and contemplate.
I had no expectations as have not undertaken a leadership course in many years but I have truly enjoyed this session and look forward to February :-)

While some of the content was known to me it was very helpful to have the time and space to refresh on some of the concepts, hear from others, collect links for additional reading and consider my own response to what I was learning.
Could not set any objectives prioir to the course but gained overall confidence and knowledge
