Absolutely loved the way this was delivered. Interactive and useful, as well as going the extra mile to make sure there is an understanding of any queries, for example the sharing of video from You Tube and no sound.

I found the course informative & interesting. There was good interaction between the attendees and the Facilitator (Rachael W) The course was run very well and had sufficient breaks and discussions, to keep it interesting.
