I didn't know what to expect going in but it was fun! Paul was very engaging and did well to handle the technical difficulties faced on a teams call with 100+ people.

I learnt a lot as someone who has never really written reports before. The course provider Jo was great. I felt totally included and was made to feel that any questions or points raised were relevant.

As with all courses, some areas covered I won't need to utilise, but really interesting to talk through how it works. Kevin has a very helpful and easy to follow way of teaching.
