Serena was a very patient and kind trainer - she really took the time to understand individual challenges and treated everyone with respect, regardless of skill level or experience. She modelled how to do particular tasks but also encouraged us to use our initiative to explore and identify features. She was very responsive and I've learned a lot from our two day course. Excellent learning experience overall, very enjoyable sessions. Best part was the fact that learning was focused on participants actually working with data to build reports themselves.

Really enjoyed this class with Rachel. I’ve found that in my role I’ve taken on more project manager elements without officially being one. This session was a really good taster and gave me a lot of insight to what the role entails, different processes I could use in my work now and how I could be successful in a PM role in the future.

I really enjoyed it. great mix of facilitator delivery and time for discussion and applying to our own projects.

I have had 3 courses with Gill this month alone. In this course, as with the other 2, Gill's knowledge is fantastic, her eagerness to help and go above and beyond to answer any query is a real credit to her as a trainer and asset to Happy. I would definitely recommend Happy, & Gill alike, to anyone wanting to do courses.
