Loved it all!

The trainer was very knowledgeable & informative, she had a great energy & made sure we understood before we moved onto the next stage. I feel more confident using Excel now.

Enjoying the course, make you think

The facilitator, Paul, was very engaging and naturally let conversation flow. There was no forced interaction, which allowed myself to think and freely add to the conversation when I was ready. There were some very interesting concepts that were explored that I am eager to impart onto my team and include into my wider teaching to help newly qualified practitioners within their junior role as a leader in the NHS work force.

A very enjoyable and informative day. I think the most telling aspect for me is that I cannot believe that we're at the end of day 1 - it went very quickly.

This was a very helpful day. Different leadership roles and styles that can be adapted to difference scenarios. Listening is a big part of it all. Pre-approval is a good concept that I would like to try. I've received coaching but actually this is a good way also to engage the team to work out their own solutions.
