Huge amount of useful information, really feel full of plans and ideas. Lovely group to work with too, unavoidable but this does impact hugely so glad they were nice!

The training was better than I expected. It was engaging, inclusive, fun and very informative and useful. The trainer was knowledgeable. They made every effort to include and engage participants. I particularly appreciate the time keeping and avoiding excessive chatter from any one person.

Moreen was a fantastic trainer, she carried the group through and made sure everyone was not left behind , she’s friendly, caring, and is a good listener.

Paul made the course very engaging, promoted collaboration between the group very well and made the environment for participation very friendly and non-judgemental. I have taken away some great new practices to incorporate into my minute taking skills and have learnt some effective ways of making the process much easier for myself.
