Structure and organization: suggest sending calendar invites to the participants, in their own timezones. We did experienced some complications, as BST changed in between courses. To be 100% honest is not always easy to take a full afternoon (or morning) off work, during 5 weeks, but it was worth it. The facilitator (Jo) did an amazing job. She was very clear, she always adapted the concepts to our organization situation, she is a great listener and she made all the sessions very interesting (time flew to be honest)

The course helped our LT to think and talk about how they lead, so this was the real value rather than the specific points of the training, per-se (although they were useful as well). The course was relevant and very well facilitated by Nicky.
