A very interactive course with teams from different areas.
It was a good size group with enough people to be interactive and not too many to make it difficult to cope with for Ebe, our trainer. The pace of the course was great and the early finish was a bonus. Being self taught, it was really good to find out I knew most of the stuff on the course but got enough handy tips and and shortcuts to make it worthwhile.
I really fantastic session, particularly because we were a group with mixed knowledge. Selina did a great job facilitating.

Thoroughly enjoyed the course, facilitator was excellent - very engaging, easy to follow, challenging in a way that allowed us to help each other and understand what we were actually doing. Small class size was ideal as we all got plenty of attention and support. Also really appreciate of how the course was related to our jobs/realistic scenarios.
The venue was very welcoming and clean. Even the toilets were immaculate. Lunch was very tasty. The overall training was presented very clear and concise. This will improve the way I work. I loved the idea of working with other attendee to problem solve. I would surely recommend happy.
