Perfectly run by the facilitator, despite of the fact that it was a online zoom session with multiple countries involved and technical glitches, but Paul never broke under pressure :)

It was a good learning experience for me and learnt new concepts of creating happy working environment. Look forward to learn more in coming sessions

A lot of th4e course I was familiar with, but it was a good refresher with some very good nuggets that will improve the efficiency of my work.

Enjoyed the training and the chance to go through things in our small group with Cathy worked really well. Understood/had come across a lot of the ideas previously but it was good to see slightly different interpretations / approaches to ones that I've seen before.

I would have preferred to this training in a training room environment. I am working from home on a small work laptop, so it was difficult sometimes to see all icons and I had to keep tabbing between presentation and back.

I enjoyed it, very useful.

It was a very interesting format. I felt that Paul took the time to involve everybody and he gave very good examples for what he was trying to get across

Good session - helped me to take a step back and consider what I'm doing and why. Paul is a great communicator.

I think the content was excellent, and whilst it didn't feel dragged out, it think it could of been more condensed into say 4 hours.
