Good within confines of remote learning.

Very useful session. I learned several other things and consolidate what I already knew.

Was a good overview, and useful to have time for additional questions/demos. Quite a bit of audio interference (perhaps mute everyone as standard) and a few audio delays. Would have been useful to have the training materials in advance.

The only issue was connection at the beginning of the course but this is something which has to be taken into consideration when doing online courses. Daphne was very professional and knowledgeable

Really enjoying the course! Thanks so much. I like the interactive stuff and breakout room activities. I loved the last exercise today with the case study - it felt really practical and useful to imagine what we’d say and do and to discuss that with others.

good training - would have been helpful if we had the manual to follow at time of training so can refer to.

I thought it was a great demonstration of the use of the structures and how they could be used. As someone who is then going on to use them, I would have liked a bit of time to discuss possible pitfalls around the structure being used and how to avoid/overcome them from both the trainer (who has obviously used them) and others on the course

it has been really useful to use some of the techniques in real life rather than just reading how they work - practical experience enhances overall learning and they are potentially productive in terms of team/personal outcomes
