I liked the way that the trainer engaged the group with the activities

I thought this was really constructive. Particularly from the perspective of someone with little experience chairing. I am walking away with more confidence in the idea of chairing moving forward and think it is a beneficial course for even those who have no interest or need to chair, for conflict resolution purposes.

I enjoyed my learning experience - I was able to follow and keep up with the tasks shown and asked us to do. The atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxing making the entire training session enjoyable and leaving the training that I had learnt things that I would be able to use in my day to day work. The day was very productive.

It was a bespoke course and I am very happy with the session. The trainer was very knowledgeable and went out of there was to help me.

Very insightful and informative. Learnt a lot more about AI - how to have fun with it as well as further uses within the workplace. The course was just the right length of time with plenty of activities and opportunities to engage and ask questions.
