Venue is amazing, I wish my workplace was as happy. I met my overall personal objectives, and felt that the training structure and pace has been fantastic, I feel like this has been the most effective learning session I've had in my 11 months working in the NHS.

Really warm and inviting right from the elevator, was happy to be here and observe a professional tutor running though practical exercises which allowed me to learn way better than I could at work on my own. I hope to continue with this and I am happy knowing that this service exists to help so many people.

Jam packed day today. Lots to take in and mull over. The importance of autonomy and giving people purpose was great. Understanding the leadership strengths and seeing where I may need to find buddies with skills I lack was useful
