Really insightful content provided and it definitely aligns with modules I have taken part in, in the past. Solidifies my communications skills further and I hope I get to try out these skills.

Really enjoyed the day. The training engaged everyone. A great range of tools. The personal exercises were good and gave me the opportunity to reflect on how I may face these in a more assertive way.

A very good course and an excellent trainer that did well to keep a good pace between those who were faster at picking things up and those that were slower.

A little to fast for me in places, but this was ok as the facilitator was happy to go back over the steps i had missed and resolve them with me.

There was quite a lot of reflection on what we learnt in the afternoon which I think could have been shortened as we went over a lot of the same comments

Although I really enjoyed the course, I think I would struggle to use this in a work environment for my own role. However in personal life, this will be extremely helpful.
