Course was good, very engaging and nice to hear different examples from both Rachel and others on how different meetings require different styles of formating for minutes.

I didn't feel that the introductions were needed and what we wanted from the course as it is called effective minute taking and that is what I wanted. The last half hour is what I was looking for and would have liked to have more of that all the way through so we could have a practice. We only got to do that once.

Gill was very thorough and took time to explain when any of the participants didn't understand anything. Course was well structured with engaging exercises and helpful PDF materials to refer to after.
