Very good course, well run, listened well and adapted to our unusual business work flows.

Overall really good two days. A lot of information but I did enjoy the group activities and getting involved in thinking of how we can use the techniques we practiced into our day to day tasks.

Good fun, first course, selina was great, tried hard and was successful in connecting topics and discussions to our particular industry

Good session, well curated. Tension between the convenience and ease of virtual with the in-person beneftis of f-2-f - I would support at least some sessions being in person, willing to travel particularly given the notice of sessions

I feel throughout the course, my confidence has grown within myself - learning my strengths but also how to develop of areas I struggle more with. I find the course very motivating and reflective and has been a big part of personal and professional growth

Absolutely loved it, it has got me believing in my own capabilities!!!! Only wish we could have had 2 out of all these sessions face to face.
