Sal was brilliant, she explained things so clearly ad thoroughly. She gave extra tips as we went along and she made sure everyone was following. I can't rate her highly enough.

I think this induction day really explained the entire course clearly. The support message came over loud and clear, so while it was clear that we'll have challenges ahead, I think we all felt secure in the knowledge that the Happy team is there to help us.

Great service and accommodation. Paul is very knowledgeable and amazing at delivering this in an engaging way.

Great course, very practical, and hands on. Tangible tools, I can take away and use.

The training was very very good. Gill teaches really well and allowed us to practice which allowed us to ask questions if we were unsure she is very patient and understanding. overall very exceptional session.

An excellent course, but I feel the session should have been longer session so I could practice a bit more.
