A good introduction, more awareness of self and how to implement new skills.

Good to re-evaluate own styles and behaviours. Sometimes difficult to think of examples on the spot! Nice, relaxed atmosphere within the group.

Course is a very useful grounding in key principles wonder if maybe we cover too many different elements/personality analysis. Would perhaps like to explore certain elements in more detail.
