This was a great session. Gill was a superb trainer who listened carefully to my questions and needs and crafted an excellent training experience around the gaps in my knowledge, pitching it somewhere between basic PowerPoint training and Master Slides. She was friendly and knowledgeable and full of highly useful tips and advice all of which I will be able to assimilate into my work using PowerPoint.

Gill is a lovely teacher. I can tell that she is really informative and loves what she does. She took her time to explain everything in detail but in such a way that anyone can understand. I would trust her to teach me absolutely anything about excel. I am very much looking forward to more sessions.

There were some 'lightbulb' moments when learning about new ways to achieve what I want to do with the data - it's been very helpful to see how Excel has evolved and the training has given me an awareness of different ways to complete tasks.

Selina was pitch perfect in her delivery, obviously knows her subject really well. She made all feel included.

Despite being an online session from 1000 - 1620 it was engaging throughout, there were the right number and duration of breaks. The facilitator was excellent, respectful of previous knowledge and relating content to our working lives.

Selin did a phenomenal job to keep us focused considering this has been a very long session delivered online. The session had a variety of activities that kept us focused. Selina managed to create a good rapport despite the session being delivered online. The breakout rooms and activities also helped participants to get to know each other and made learning more active and fun.

Facilitation was fantastic, and the session was a great mix of introducing new knowledge/tools and practical application - the amount of discussion in breakout rooms was good, sometimes in training you get too much time just talking in small groups and not gaining anything new, but this was well balanced and to the point

The Co-pilot course was valuable. It provided clear, practical insights into leveraging AI tools effectively, with hands-on examples that made complex concepts easy to understand. The sessions were well-structured, engaging, and focused on real-world applications, leaving me confident and excited to apply what I learned in my daily work.
