The contents for the first day was well designed. There were few aspects which were discussed and introduced were new to me and integrating those aspects in the work environment would bring positivity and best outcome.

Really positive and engaging Really like the breakout

The course was well structured given it was remote, remote learning is very convenient but isn’t as effective for me as face to face. The course had a good pace and the facilitator conducted the group extremely well. My only negative was the pre course work and navigating around fuse, which I didn’t find the most user friendly.

Thought the course was excellent easy to follow

The training was really good and Sal covered a lot of useful, practical tips to make using Outlook more efficient for me.

Very good course. Opened up a range of new tips and ideas when using Outlook.
