At times this afternoon it felt like we could have moved on more quickly.. some of the late content felt rushed. That’s not to detract from the high quality of the course itself.

I was really impressed how well the facilitator dealt with questions & comments - frequently finding useful stories from her own experience or referencing additional resources & theories

Interesting and informative session. My organisation does use Happy for technical training and we have in the past also had in person leadership courses at the Happy Office. Will check what the current state of play is and whether there is scope to do this course with Happy.

A good swift and accessible refresher and useful new learning achieved

Ebeji was very welcoming and inclusive and went back over things if you didnt understand it. Ebeji wasn't trying to hurry you which was good as sometimes when you are reading things it might take a bit of time to process what is asked of you to do.

Good pace once I got into it. Informative and I like the way the facilitator waited for attendees to catch up. happy to take questions and / or repeat instructions.
