A really fantastic course that provided so much info, but in a way that was interactive and structured to help retain it all - I got so much out of all of it and really enjoyed the facilitation and collaboration with other learners
Really interesting session, lots to think about and implement
I thought this course was excellent, and made relevant to our work. Many of the courses I have been on in the past have a much more corporate feel or all examples are irrelevant to the work that we actually do as a Trust/charity. The fact that the course was with other people that worked within the Trust made it much easier to discuss how we would link the course learning to our own work. There was plenty of opportunities for discussion.
Very professional tuition. Worked at a perfect pace and presentation was very clear. Examples and material were thought through to guide through the learning process rather than just presenting the bare skills

Good ideas to manage change projects and self reflection on leadership styles
Really good to be thinking about change management. Nothing particularly new but always good to consolidate. Particularly value the prep course material and watching the various videos. I will also be investing in the book that is recommended
