A very good friendly course which was enjoyable overall with a professional trainer who knew her stuff - as with most the problems do come when you get back to office and there is no-one to say help to!! But now I have to find ways to practise - that's down to me!

Excellent trainer - Ebe was great at teaching complex formulas in an encouraging way and so that everyone understood. She also did a lot of group participation and was very friendly and professional. She kindly stayed longer to finish all the material (even though it is just before Christmas)! I would highly recommend her training.
