Leanne has been an amazing facilitator. I have learnt so much and grown in confidence in my job role. In terms of the organisation/ structure of the course, I understand that we were the pilot group and take that into consideration. A few things that could be improved: - keep tests outside of classroom session times as what we learn is so important - set tasks and deadlines every month rather than at the end

Some of the group activities went on a bit too long. You got the gist of it and then some people lost concentration.

Food ran out at lunch. Enjoyed the ice cream

While very informative and useful, particularly in regards to the multiple methods shown to complete various assignments, I do feel certain avenues I felt came more naturally to me were shut down despite leading to the same result, and some of the group activities felt like they were designed to demean a particular group member into getting the answer right than actually teaching them the techniques.
