Yeah I thought the course was great and everything covered was explained in a simple and effective way. I think they're should be more emphasis on doing the tasks according to your specific job role as they were quite general.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The trainer really knew his stuff and explained everything patiently and gave us lots of examples to practice on. Showed us short cuts on doing things.
