face to face training session was much better organised and worked well with smaller groups on tables.

It was a good course, thorough. Good interaction. , It was good to listen to others along with their ideas and experiences. Also to find out about myself, my strengths and weakness. How to build on my weaknesses>

good structure and content

I liked the way that we were moved around groups in the break out rooms but was conscious that people in different roles had different pressures and responses which sometimes led to not being heard.

Covered a lot of ground. Very informative.

Nice pace Faciltator patient

Ben was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to answer questions thoughtfully. The role play was useful although became slightly repetitive being used as the main method of learning throughout.
