Daphne made it a very special experience, with all of us sitting around the table, working together, learning but also having fun. I came away from this course feeling good and satisfied.

Overall, I really enjoyed this course and learned so many things that I will put into practice. The facilitator was so kind, supportive and attentive to our needs. She didn't hesitate to go through again on some topics that were not clear to us. The good thing is having this course taught in a classroom so that the facilitator could move around to check in if we were doing the right things when practicing together.
