nice to work with the same facilitator and group - forming these relationships and sharing stories and experience whilst learning new things is very helpful. i just wish we did more of this in the nhs...

Professionals working within the same body offer examples that are more relateable

This was a very helpful day. Different leadership roles and styles that can be adapted to difference scenarios. Listening is a big part of it all. Pre-approval is a good concept that I would like to try. I've received coaching but actually this is a good way also to engage the team to work out their own solutions.

Clear session both 3 and 2 levels. I feel more confident and have learn a lot of new Excel things that I can put in practice

Really great course, felt that I learnt lots in a short space of time. Paul was engaging and used lots of different techniques to keep us all involved without losing interest.

Would have been nice to d intros more quickly so afternoon was less rushed. Otherwise really great course and trainer went over and above to help everyone in the class.
