Sal was amazing and there was only 2 of us so I felt like we got loads of attention

Absolutely lovely course! I learn a lot of shortcuts and tricks which I wouldn't have known. Doing it hands on is a major plus. Ebe is a very knowledgeable trainer.

Really enjoyed the course, haven't much used the manual yet so was a hard question to answer but everything was very good. Ground floor reception we the reason for 4 rather than 3 and I don't think they are part of Happy. They just seemed a bit buy when I didn't know where I was going.

Excellent course, really great explanation and clear manual. Feel so much more confident and I know that the new skills will save so much time. The lunch was not very good, but that doesn't detract from my enjoyment of the course.

It was great and informative. The facilitator (Paul) was super - his approach was awesome. Loved the ice-cream break.
