It was a good course, thorough. Good interaction. , It was good to listen to others along with their ideas and experiences. Also to find out about myself, my strengths and weakness. How to build on my weaknesses>

Thought provoking session. Pace seemed a little rushed at times given the condense slot. Potentially more time to explore how to revisit the team's principles for hybrid meetings based on structure/facilitation sections of the course. Would have liked a few more breaks to avoid screen fatigue and get more productive engagement.

Ben was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to answer questions thoughtfully. The role play was useful although became slightly repetitive being used as the main method of learning throughout.

Great course but it would be useful to show how to use the different communication tools e.g. zoom and teams.

Splitting the session into 3 x 90 minute sessions worked really well over Zoom and it meant it was a digestible amount of info to take in, plus a good amount of breaks. Sal did a great job of involving everyone as well, despite us being remote. Calling on people and getting us to share our screens kept things more engaging.
