Sarah was an amazing tutor. Overall the course is great and a good toolbox to pick and choose from. Sometimes the content is a bit too idealistic/unrealistic and needs adapting to allow for changing workplace environments that: increasingly encourage diversity in opinion and therefore ask people to challenge and disagree and that’s not always bad; have openness about mental health so it would be good to know how to spot and manage somebody who you simply can’t make “happy”; or, are just charities and therefore can’t balance a problem with increased resource or salary etc.

The course could have been done over two sessions. Lots to cover
I found the pace to quick for me but I take that as I am not academic and find it hard to learn online. I feel the course has been brilliant and I have learned so much. The only reason I would not put 5 stars for all sections is because I am a total face to face learner and like to move about. So, it is more about my own learning style being suited to the course than the content, depth and fantastic trainer we had in Sarah.
There was some excellent content on the course and I feel I've really developed as a new manager.
Really engaging session, led by Gill. She listened well to our requests and what we wanted to learn. She took us through the platform at a good pace and taught us some new features and tricks.

If the facilitator could check that the trainees Microsoft spreadsheet mirrors the expanded icons / tools (ribbon) inorder to undertake the action.
